My most hated and procrastinated kitchen task is making pasta. It is also the thing my family loves the most. Has to be gluten free, and it throws so much starch that cleanup is awful. Most brands do not hold up well in the freezer, regardless of how little or long they are cooked. Bean pastas are a no for allergen reasons. So far Jovial pasta holds up best, but of course it is also the most $$$

My daughter LOVES making pasta. She will make some homemade pasta “for a snack”. Oh the young. 😉

Are you making homemade noodles or buying Jovial when you can? I’d ask in the Discord channel as some members may have some good sourcing options for you. I have had good success with the pricing on Vitacost.
