My hubby cooked a loaf of french toast this week. There’s enough in the freezer for one breakfast next week.
Sounds great. I love having foods to just pop in the toaster.
Planned some time in the kitchen this morning to bake biscuits (for sausage/biscuit breakfast sammies), mix-and-match muffins from NYMMAF Cookbook (I did raspberries and pecans for the mix-ins), and chocolate chip cookies for lunches. Felt great to get ahead on breakfast items for the week, plus I have some for the freezer! YAHOO!

Planning on some baked oatmeal, quick bread and some make-ahead English Muffin breakfast sandwiches!
